Poliacrilonitrila (PAN) fiber
The Company
Multivácuo Aeroespacial is the unique technological based company in Brazil that produces the partially and totally oxidized fibers from poliacrilonitrila fiber (PAN), which can be used as carbon fiber precursors.
The partially oxidized (APOX fiber) has high thermal stability (>400C) which is ideal for application as special dye for Masterbatches industries providing a marble effect. The totally oxidized fibers (ATOX fiber) are flame resistant with thermal stability up to 800 C. Keep the textile characteristics allowing to be processed for different applications as thread, fabric and non-fabric for many applications. Presently we are working on the development of CARBON FIBER and ACTIVATED CARBON FIBER.

and similar (aeronautics,naval, space etc.) as flame resistant or flame retarder fabric and non-fabric.
Flame Resistant Equipment
Flame arrester blankets, curtains for protection against sparks in theater, auditoriums, oil companies and others.

as addictive in plastics for domestic or general applications, and plastics of high temperature applications.

As substitute of amianthus and aramida providing special friction characteristics and durability of brake
linings and brake pads.
